Two entities, one team
Our recruiters, payroll specialists and HR team work from Bangalore. Our Dutch company is a separate legal entity, so clients anywhere in Europe can contract and invoice with an EU registered company. For the contract staff we place, our Indian company is the employer and runs their payroll and filings. Your own permanent hires stay your employees.
If you are hiring into India from Europe, that combination removes a lot of the administrative work you were expecting. It does not decide your tax position, so take your own advice on that before you start.
