Skilled people on our rolls, working on your project
We place people with you for an agreed period. They match your specification and work to your plan, but they stay on our payroll. You see what they deliver before you commit to anything permanent.
Because they are our employees, we run their payroll, make their PF and ESI filings and hold the contractor licence where one is needed. You remain the principal employer for people working at your site. If contributions are not made, the law still looks to you. Any registration in your own name stays in your name. We send you the contribution receipts and compliance certificates every month so you can show the work was done.
